How many images will I receive?

The number of images you'll receive depends on the package you select. We'll provide you with a clear breakdown of the available image selections prior to booking, so you can choose the package that best suits your needs and preferences. We're committed to delivering a high-quality and personalized experience that exceeds your expectations, and we're excited to hear from you! Which images will I receive?

We prioritize your satisfaction and comfort above all else during our time together. To ensure this, please feel free to share any inspiration pictures or poses with us beforehand. We are committed to upholding our high quality standards and will only deliver photos that meet our criteria. We understand that your time is valuable and our goal is to provide you with a memorable experience through every pose and set. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please don't hesitate to let us know. Our mission is to create lasting memories that exceed your expectations. Please be aware that we do not provide RAW images as part of our service.

When will I receive my images?

We know how eager you are to receive your images, and we strive to deliver them to you as quickly as possible. The turnaround time for your images depends on the package you've selected and is detailed in section 11 of your contract. While we may provide you with an estimated delivery time, we can only guarantee the maximum deadline quoted in your contract as this may vary depending on our workload.

As a general guideline, most packages have a 3 week turnaround time, while weddings typically take between 6-8 weeks depending on the length of coverage. Rest assured that we'll keep you updated throughout the process and will always prioritize the quality and beauty of your images above all else. Do you offer Pre-Session meetings?

We offer a Pre-Session meeting as part of our exclusive Heirloom Package. The length of the meeting varies depending on the type of photography session you choose. This meeting provides a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know each other before your session, discuss your vision and ideas for the shoot, and offer styling guidance to help bring your dream session to life! If you're looking for a truly personalized and value-packed experience, we highly recommend our Heirloom Package.

What about weather?

We believe that the soft lighting during Sunrise and Sunset hours is ideal for capturing stunning photos that you'll treasure for a lifetime. On the other hand, sessions that take place closer to the sun's apex (10am-2pm) may have harsher lighting that cannot be adjusted through editing. While we cannot control the weather, we do offer the option to reschedule if it doesn't meet our standards or if you feel uncomfortable with the lighting during our scheduled time together. We'll keep you informed and updated, so you can relax and enjoy the experience without any worry. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to delivering the best possible outcome for your photo session.

Where can I have my session?

In short, anywhere you would like! We're happy to accommodate your preference for the location of your photo session. We don't own a studio, but we can arrange time at a local studio, with the cost added to your invoice based on your selected package.

If you're interested in having your session at a permit-only location, please let us know. However, keep in mind that not all locations are open to the public, and we'll need to apply for a permit at least 4 weeks in advance. We can take care of this for you if given a minimum of 6 weeks notice, but we can't guarantee availability. Any applicable permit fees will be added to your invoice.

No location in mind? No worries! We've scouted many areas in Metro Detroit and can provide you with our expert recommendations. Trust us to find the perfect spot for your photoshoot, and rest assured that we'll work closely with you to ensure that you're happy with every aspect of your session.
