Are my final images edited?
Yes, we take great pride in editing each and every image!
Can I request re-edits?
Absolutely! Each image includes one free re-edit within 14 days of gallery delivery. Please contact us for more details.
What will my images look like?
Our style is bold and colorful, and we strive to maintain consistency across customers and seasons. Each season features different color profiles to suit your photos. If our style does not suit your preference, please don't hesitate to contact us to ensure that we are the right fit for your needs.
All colored images can be converted to black and white, but it's not a quick fix. Each image type is edited separately in color and/or black and white, and is considered a separate image. Our galleries typically include a mix of colored and black and white images.
What edits are included?
Not every photographer includes full editing; we take pride in offering these services as part of your package. All packages include Color correction, Color bolding, Soft skin filter/s with light-to-medium acne, Small object removal, Iris pop, Bruises/cut touch up, Natural teeth whitening, Skin tone correction (where needed), Sky correction, Sun flare, & Face swap (maximum of 2 image per 1 hour gallery, if needed).
Note: Lighting conditions can cause your skin tone to be altered from natural appearance, we try to correct as best as we can; sometimes it is not possible to correct this fully.
What edits are NOT included?
At Two Wild Souls Photography we want you to be completely satisfied with your photos and we understand everyone is different. Due to the increased workload with certain edits we are able to offer these as up-charged services: Medium/heavy acne removal, Large pore filling, Make up blending, Excessive hair flyaways, Background color change (if possible), Sky replacement, Large object removal, Special Effects (possible extra base fee on top of hourly fee), Additional Face Swaps, Skin airbrush.
All edits will be billed at our current hourly rate in charge increment of 15 minutes. Quote for re-edits will be provided and agreed upon by both parties prior to billing & editing.
What edits are NEVER included?
At Two Wild Souls Photography LLC we want you to be YOU, as a result there are certain services we refuse to take part in as we believe it violates our ethics as a photography business. We will never provide the following: Body morphing, Double chin removal, Wrinkle/mole removal, Skin tanning, Hair removal, etc. This list is just a general guideline and we reserve the right to refuse any edit requests that may fall under this ethical umbrella and is subject to change at any time.
Can I print my images myself?
At Two Wild Souls Photography we strive for the utmost quality, and as such we offer professional lab printing services with any type of display you can imagine! Check out some of our premium offerings in our Exquisite Collection. If you are looking for a more customized experience please let us know! If our offerings are not suitable for you, you are more than welcome to take your purchased digital images to any retailer of your choice; however, we are not liable or responsible for the quality of these images. Any service related to printing issues will be a surcharge at our current rate listed in your contract if we need to be involved to remedy any potential cropping, DPI, or other issues.
I want to display my images, how can I do so?
You can order any prints of your choosing through your gallery delivery link, or we can order any type of gallery display of your choosing! You can inquire with us at any point of the process and we will make sure to touch base once your gallery is ready to confirm your order. All products will be shipped to your door, so sit back and relax while we carefully deliver your gallery!
Can I edit my photos after I download them?
You CANNOT edit your photos in any way (e.g. add filters, crop, etc) after they are delivered. At Two Wild Souls Photography LLC, we take great pride in our work and customer service. If you are in any way unhappy with your edits PLEASE email, text, or call so we can find a solution for you. These photos reflect our business image, so we do not want other people thinking a potentially inaccurate edit represents our work. Thank you for your understanding!!
How long is my gallery available?
Your gallery will be available for 12 months post final delivery (this does not apply to promotional offerings such as Model Calls, Seasonal Promos, etc). There will be a reminder email sent prior to the expiration to remind you to download all your images. After the gallery expires, your images will be unavailable. Please make sure you download all your images prior as there is a fee associated if we have to re-list your images.
Note: This 12 month window does not include image selection, so please make sure you are prompt with your selection! All packages include a 3 week selection window to choose your favorite images.
