Almost every woman who walks into our studio for maternity boudoir starts right there. Then we photograph her... and everything changes.
We’re a Metro Detroit maternity boudoir photographer with a fully private studio made for all of it: full nude portraits, designer gowns, sheer and partially nude dresses, with professional hair & makeup always included.
Our all-inclusive maternity boudoir photography sessions are built to your specifications. Just show up feeling like yourself—we take care of the sultry hair & makeup, personally style your shoot & outfits, and guide every pose so it feels natural...and hot.
Want cozy and intimate? Our private Downtown Rochester boudoir studio is all soft lighting and we can close it all up to make it very intimate. Whatever you are dreaming up, we are experts at bringing that vision to life! Looking to add outdoor maternity portraits too? We can absolutely add that in after your boudoir session.
Book early (aim for 18-28 weeks to grab your date, since we’re usually 4-8 weeks out). If you’re due in May, that means reaching out around the holidays. The best window to shoot is 24-34 weeks, when your bump is full and round and you’re still moving with that effortless confidence.

The sweet spot to reach out is between 18 and 28 weeks. If you’re due in May, that’s right around the holidays. Booking then guarantees your date and your preferred time slot, and since we typically book 4-8 weeks out (or more!), waiting can mean missing your window. We photograph between 24 and [32/34] weeks, when your bump is beautifully round and you still feel good moving. Because of our in-depth process and the safety of mom and baby, we aren’t able to book sessions past that point.

Most moms keep this one just for themselves, whether it’s about reclaiming your body, honoring raw motherhood, or planning a surprise for your husband. Partners are welcome for part of the session, and we’ll plan that together. Full nude portraits are just you and us.

Our wardrobe holds 30+ custom designer maternity gowns in sizes XS to 4X, including sheer and partially nude pieces made for boudoir. Most moms tell us nothing in their closet fits right now, which is exactly why it’s here. Bring lingerie or a silk robe if you love them, or wear nothing but soft fabric and window light. We’ll plan every look together.

Before your session you’ll receive a printed booklet with tips on skincare, rest and what to bring, so you arrive feeling your best. We’ll also talk through anything personal you’d like to include, like a piece of jewelry that means something, your husband’s button-down or your first ultrasound. Then you just show up. Hair, makeup, styling and posing are on us.

It’s an intimate portrait session that celebrates your pregnant body: your shape, your skin, your strength in this one season. Traditional maternity sessions lean on flowing gowns and open fields. Boudoir is closer and more sensual. Ours happen in our private studio in Downtown Rochester with hair & makeup, styling and posing included, and you decide how much or how little to show.

Almost none of our boudoir clients have, and most walk in convinced they aren’t “the type.” Every woman is the type. We direct every pose, angle and expression, the music is on, the studio is closed to everyone but us, and nothing about your session is rushed. Nervous on the way in is normal. Glowing on the way out is too.
